Title: Computational Science for Energy

Abstract

Computational science complements theory and experiments. It can deliver knowledge and understanding in application areas where the latter two can not.
Computational science is of vital importance for the simulation of various energy-related processes. An impression is given of ongoing computational science research for off-shore wind energy, nuclear fusion, and liquefied natural gas transport.

Location: KdVI meeting room, Science Park 107, room F3.20.
