Arnoud den Boer, Marc Salomon (FEB) and former NETWORKS PhD student Janusz Meylahn proved mathematically that computers can come to price agreements using an algorithm and thus secretly fix prices without sharing secrets. NRC Handelsblad of January 26th paid attention to the work of Arnoud, Marc and Janusz.
